Who Are We?
We are Vincent and Ellen Pillow, a husband and wife team with years of administrative, design, travel, computer, management, sales, and web-design experience to bring to bear against the chaos in your life or business. When you ask for something to be done you know just who will be doing it. We won’t shuffle your job off to some new recruit; we will bring all our savvy and experience to your project!
Ellen has 15 years of experience as an executive/editorial/personal assistant for a luxury real estate magazine: a woman of many hats. She is well-versed in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, One Note, and PowerPoint). She types about 60 wpm, so your jobs will go lickety-split. She loves working with desktop publishing to create eye-catching newsletters, flyers, business cards, stationery…you name it! She also has years of experience in the travel industry to make booking your business travel a breeze. She can
organize and streamline procedures to save you time and money. She works hard and is proud of the work she does.
Vince started out in sales for a computer hardware wholesaler and he knows computers inside-out. Most recently he has 15 years of experience as the managing editor, webmaster, and tech-support guru for a luxury real estate magazine. He has vast expertise in QuarkXpress, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Professional, Flash Professional, and Photoshop. If it’s technical, he can help you. He also has an excellent design eye. Vince will do your web design, digital retouching, and tech support. If you can’t get that @#$% machine working, he can help!
